Can I shop PIKETE in person?

Yes! While we live online, we love seeing you in the real world. You can find us at various farmers markets and pop-ups, or swing by Noun IRL in Los Angeles to see us in the wild.

How should I store and use PIKETE?

Shake well before use and please refrigerate after opening. Because we use real ingredients, natural separation and some fizz are normal—especially for our Piña Colada sauce. It’s all part of the natural process!

Are your sauces made in small batches?

Sí, always. Every batch is crafted in limited runs to ensure quality and flavor 🔥

What are your dietary standards?

PIKETE products are proudly vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free, so you can enjoy the heat without compromise.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Since we fulfill everything ourselves, please allow extra time during busy drops.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, shipping is available across the U.S. including P.R.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final, but if there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us.
