Refund Policy

Our sauces are crafted in small batches and this first run is a limited release. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or not quite right, no worries — we’ll make it right. Please email us at hot@pikete.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened bottles
  • Unsealed products
  • Any item not in its original condition

Refunds (if approved)

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll let you know if a refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be sent directly back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card company to process it.
